ACCESS Conference - Drug users in custody: Learning the lessons

The ACCESS project is a European initiative to bring togheter organisations from EU member states to contribute to the knowledge base and practise of harm reduction services, with the aim of improving access to treatment for drug users within the criminal justice system in EU.
